RMA now aims to establish a strong client base using the Internet as a medium. For this purpose, it has entered into partnership with NauTech IT Solutions, a premier IT solutions company in Massachusetts.
Chris Kelly, founder of Edgy Planet, and Sunil Nautiyal, CEO of NauTech IT Solutions, have started a new partnership where NauTech will provide all the IT services for Edgy Planet. The first project is to design, develop, maintain and host the new website. The first version of website is due to go Live next week.
On Mar 24 2009 Don Jones, Vice President for Institutional Advancement for New England Conservatory and Dr. Sunil D. Nautiyal, CEO of NauTech IT Solutions, signed the data processing contract. NauTech had earlier successfully completed a feasibility phase to evaluate the data preparation and processing requirements - the finalized process is for NauTech to establish an onsite team to prepare data from the archived paper records, scanned processed records into PDF files and then transfer them electronically to offsite team who will perform data entry and create a Excel database (as per clients specification). The 1st Phase of project which is to process 25,000 record is scheduled to start in April and is expected to complete in 16 weeks - the 2nd batch of records will be scheduled after the completion of 1st phase.
In these hard economic times, its even more important to generate quality traffic and convert them into business. Boston Household Packing, BHP, a professional moving company, is going through reduced business from its established international corporate clients and is looking toward local residential and commercial busines - so spending revenue on SEO campaign makes most sense - its the best marketing campaign even compared to PPC or other conventional ventures.
Town and Country Living Linen of NY appoints NauTech as their CAD design team - NauTech will create 3D models in Proe which will be used as mold for mass production. Town and Country Living Linen is introducing a new line of kitchenware products and needed a 3D CAD design team who could build 3D CAD models from their sketches, provide consulting advice for modeling, and meet their tight budget, schedule and deadlines.
A website project in Sitefinity required a customized admin tool - Last Panda asked NauTech to quickly develop the tool so that client could then administer their customized needs - NauTech developed and delivered while working over the Christmas holiday period to meet their clients urgent needs.
When Winsper needed help with customization of Joomla - they use Joomla for designing Content Managed websites - they turned to outside help. They finally found NauTech via referral from another consultant - we promised to help them with this customization project in a tight schedule. Although this customization was small part of their overall project - it turn out to be crucial for the successful launch of the website at the scheduled date. NauTech delivered on its promise and met their tight schedule - now Winsper has assured that they will turn to NauTech as their first external IT source.
NauTech has been awarded to manage the complete SEO campaign for MSRC, a leading distributor of computer components. MSRC, which currently allocates a major portion of its marketing budgets on Pay Per Click (PPC) campaign, relies on PPC for all its online sales. NauTech was able to convince MSRC to invest on SEO campaign - by showing them success stories whereby other online companies have benefited from our SEO campaigns. In the long run, successful SEO campaign will reduce the PPC budget and consequently the overall marketing budget. NauTech will analyze and modify the content of MSRC website, build links, submit to directory and social bookmarking, create online blog, submit articles, prepare press releases, sitemaps for Google and Yahoo. The SEO is designed to improve SERP listing for keyphrases related to their product lines and thus reduce their sole reliance on PPC for attracting customers.

NauTech has signed agreement with Travel Sentry and started the IT consulancy phase for the new concept. This will lead to architecture of functional specification, schedule for the development phase and allocation of resources so that we can meet the deadline of timely launch of new product.
Sunil Nautiyal, CEO of NauTech IT Solutions LLC, signed a Confidentiality Agreement with Sean Gaffney, Director of Sales and Business Development of Nsight. The agreement lays the groundwork for collabrations in projects in Software Development, CAD - 2d and 3d drawings, SEO and web development.
NauTech has got the project to re-design the Ridgewood Country Club website - 2 years ago Nautech had designed the original website and since then the client has been very happy with the design - the website was maintained and regularly updated by Nautech - after 2 years, the client wants to relaunch a new design - the clients was very interested in the fresh ideas we presented and agreed to go ahead with a complete overhaul of the webiste.
Sunil Nautiyal, CEO of NauTech IT Solutions LLC, signed an NDA agreement with John Vermilye, CEO and Joel Blumenthal, COO, of Travel Sentry. The discussion are underway to develop a new concept of Travel Sentry - the project will require IT consultancy, design, development and deployement and also require meeting a strict deadline for launching the new product.

NauTech and Pitroadmotorsports came to an agreement whereby NauTech will provide all IT services for Pitroadmotorsports.com - in effect NauTech will becomes its offshore IT resource. NauTech already provides SEO for its website and IT consultancy servicess. Now NauTech has started to provide data entry services to manage the content of their online store. Next on the agenda is redesign of website and complete overhaul of eCommerce and CMS of its online store. NauTech completes and delivers Phase II Suffolk MyConnection for creating registration form for students at the Suffolk University - this form allows students to register their cell phones for receiving alerts and other important information as text messages.

Nautech will contribute to the fund by donating the resource for designing, developing, hosting, SEO and online promotion of event. NauTech has started Phase I of project to develop an application for Suffolk University where users can submit an online application. The data from the submitted forms will be recorded into a database and later reports are created so they can be accordingly processed by the admin officer.
NauTech has started a Search Engine Optimization, SEO, project for NASCAR eCommerce client who sells NASCAR apparel, diecast, car models, accessories and other NASCAR related merchandise. PitRoadMotorsports.com has been in existence for a short period of time and does not have a very good ranking with the major search engines and as such did not appear in any search listing - NauTech's aim is to bring PitRoadMotorsports.com in to the radar screen in the month of March and by June/July within first 3 pages and finally by labor day in the first page !! PitRoadMotorsports.com specializes in providing officially licensed NASCAR merchandise at a discount price - value prices of large stores while still providing a personal relationship to customer which you can only get at a corner mom and pop store. NauTech signed an Non-Disclosure Agreement with Helix Design, Inc. of Manchester, NH. We will provide CAD services in SolidWorks and ProE for 2D detailing drawings for the 3D design projects. In addition we will also do 3D CAD conversion for existing 2D drawings for their clients. Helix Design also has clients who require Software Applications for their design projects - in partnership NauTech will provide software development services so that Helix Design can provide complete solutions to their clients.
In partnership with Last Panda Creative Media, we have started working on developing a website with content management system for Boston Development Group.
During one of our discussion with Gates Mectrol about developing engineering design applications, we found that they were having issues with managing the assignment of Profile Numbers - they use the same numbering scheme between their various branches - and they needed a centralized system for all the engineers in all the branches in US, Mexico and Germany to be in sync. NauTech saw it as a natural progression of their existing solution, Searchable Profile Catalog, needing a new module. A module where ALL the software engineers would have an account with some senior engineers assigned as Administrator of the system. The system would either automatically assign profile numbers for ANY series or allow users to manually specify numbers and the system would determine its availability before assigning it. The application would also provide various reports on profile assignments based on user, series, time etc.
We have some long term discussions going on about future developments - multi-lingual, Spanish and German, versions of Profile Selector and Pulley Recommendation for Belts.
NauTech developed its first application for Last Panda - who trusted NauTech with a critical application with deadline of conference on horizon - to develop a presentation application for their main client RSA to welcome the guests to their booth at the SIBOS 2007. The client wanted a database application which would take in the guest details - recognize if its on invited list or walk-in guest - on a random basis presents a welcome gift and enter them to grand prize contest - all these with fancy graphics and sound fanfare. For reporting purpose the client would get a variety of reports to satisfy the management and marketing needs.
We successfully released the Phase B of Profile Selector - response from the customers and the marketing teams has been very positive. NauTech has been asked for join in net meetings with the international branches to discuss further improvements. Matt Dobski, Director, Business Development, joined NauTech IT Solutions in July 2007 and is responsible for leading the companys business development efforts by defining our partner outsourcing model, negotiating multiple categories of relationships, managing each relationship from identification to close, and being the public facing business lead for NauTech. Prior to NauTech, Dobski served Cerner Corporation in various sales and leadership positions for the past 10 years. He most recently served as Sales Leader with overall responsibility for leading the teams that provide relationship management and drive new IDN and Hospital sales opportunities in the North Atlantic region.
Dobski brings over 15 years of Healthcare IT sales and management experience to NauTech IT Solutions and received his bachelors degree from Stonehill College, North Easton, MA.
Outside of NauTech, Dobski is heavily involved in the community, and actively participates in raising funds for Children�s Cancer Research.
Gates Mectrol engineering team was very satisfied with the results of the software application - their clients were able to easily access very valuable information and reduce their workloads as this application greatly reduces the number of queries from the clients. The marketing team was even more excited as they got a very promising result for showcasing their product online and see the potential of this product.
